Frequently asked questions
Will the colors in print match what I see on screen?
If your monitor is not calibrated there may be differences. If color is critical, we make a small test print first and continue once you approve.
Should I choose gloss or satin?
Gloss paper shows colors more vividly but reflects light. A satin (semi-matte) surface is vivid with fewer reflections; we recommend it for framed and wall-hung photos.
What is foam board backing for?
It mounts the print on a light, rigid board for a frameless, flat look that can hang straight on the wall.
Can I send RAW files?
For printing we need an edited TIFF or high-quality JPEG. We also offer retouching and color editing.
Is there a discount for exhibition series?
Yes, for series on the same paper and size, the unit price drops as the quantity grows.
How long do the prints last?
Away from direct sunlight and in a frame, they stay vivid for years. For sunny walls we recommend lamination.
