Frequently asked questions

Ordering and delivery

Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single poster, canvas or photo print. For larger quantities the unit price drops as the quantity grows, and we show this in the quote.
How soon will I get a price quote?
We reply to requests sent during working hours the same day, and within 24 hours at the latest.
Which file formats do you accept?
PDF, TIFF, JPG, PNG, PSD, AI, EPS and SVG. You can also send several files as a ZIP.
Do you ship across Türkiye and abroad?
Yes, we ship with insured couriers to all 81 provinces of Türkiye, and international shipping is available on request. In Istanbul you can also choose a local messenger or studio pickup.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept bank transfer and credit card. Corporate clients get e-invoices and account terms.
What if the print is not what I expected?
If it differs from the proof you approved, we reprint it free of charge. We also send a new print if anything is damaged in shipping.

Fine Art Poster Printing

Which paper should I choose for an art poster?
For paintings and illustrations we recommend non-reflective matte silk paper, or bristol board for a heavier, fuller feel. For a painting effect, canvas is the best choice. If you are unsure, choose "Not sure" in the quote form and we will advise you.
Will the colors in print match my screen?
Screens emit light, so prints always look a little darker and softer. If color is critical, we make a small test print first and continue once you approve.
Can I sign and number the prints?
Yes. If you like, we leave a white margin for your signature and edition number.

Canvas Printing

How do I hang a canvas print?
It comes with a hanger fitted to the back of the frame. One nail or screw is enough; for sizes over 100 cm we recommend two hanging points.
Do you make multi-panel (triptych) canvases?
Yes. We split one image into 2, 3 or 5 panels and calculate the gaps between them for your wall.
Does canvas loosen over time?
Thanks to the corner wedges, you can re-tension a loose canvas by gently tapping them in. In normal room conditions this is rarely needed.

Corporate and Advertising Posters

Will our brand colors print exactly the same?
Send us your Pantone codes or a previous printed sample; we check the color together with a proof before printing. For critical jobs we never start the full run without your approval.
Do you deliver directly to our stores?
Yes. Share your store list as a spreadsheet; we label each store's package separately and ship with our contracted courier.
Which paper is best?
For in-store and short-term campaigns, gloss paper is economical and vivid. For a non-reflective look we recommend matte silk, and bristol for sturdier posters that stand up on their own.

Event, Concert and Film Posters

What is the latest I can order for my event?
With print-ready files, most jobs are delivered in 1–2 business days. In busy seasons we recommend getting a quote at least a week ahead.
Should I choose gloss or bristol?
For short-term posters in large quantities, gloss paper is economical. For heavier, collectible or long-lasting posters we recommend bristol.
Do you have durable posters for outdoor use?
For outdoor posters we recommend water-resistant vinyl or banner.

Large Format Printing

What resolution should my large format file be?
For work viewed from a distance, 30–100 dpi at actual size is enough; on a building facade even 25 dpi looks good. Tell us the size and viewing distance and we will give you the exact value.
Do you offer installation?
We have an installation team in Istanbul. For jobs in other cities we work with local installers.
How long does an outdoor print last?
With UV-resistant ink and banner, it can be used outdoors for 2–3 years without fading. South-facing facades may shorten this a little.

Framed Posters

Should I use a mat?
A mat keeps the print away from the glass, protecting it from moisture and sticking, and gives the image room to breathe. We recommend it for fine art and photo prints.
Why is museum glass more expensive than regular glass?
Museum glass removes almost all reflections and filters most UV light. It is the best choice for both visibility and the life of the print.
Can I have a poster I already own framed?
Yes. You can bring your poster to our studio or send it by courier.

Photo Printing

Will the colors in print match what I see on screen?
If your monitor is not calibrated there may be differences. If color is critical, we make a small test print first and continue once you approve.
Should I choose gloss or satin?
Gloss paper shows colors more vividly but reflects light. A satin (semi-matte) surface is vivid with fewer reflections; we recommend it for framed and wall-hung photos.
What is foam board backing for?
It mounts the print on a light, rigid board for a frameless, flat look that can hang straight on the wall.

Window and Backlit Posters

Can you print for my existing light box?
Yes. Send us the visible area and the total size of the frame; we calculate the margins and cut to the millimeter.
Why is a backlit print different from a regular poster?
It uses a special light-transmitting film and denser ink. A regular poster looks faded and patchy in a light box.
Does window film leave marks on the glass?
Our removable-adhesive films peel off without a trace when the campaign ends.
